Wonderful picture, Hans Axel! Have you been to Fersen's family houses in the Sweden?

I have to ask you to wait just a little while! But it is coming soon ... I would give myself a deadline and let you know when, but I am sure I would break it, so I will leave it at soon! :D

I have been to Löfstad http://www.lofstad.nu/ and Ljung http://www.aerocom-int.com/ljungsslott/ljshomesv.htm (where he also lies buried, well not in the castle, but in the church near by)...

As I said in another thread, the castles are no Versaille, but it is very interesting to visit them anyway. A lot is exactly as it was "in those days" so I truly recommend visiting both castles if you're interested in Fersen (and Antoinette). :)

Okay, I have to visit them sometimes :) Sounds good that they have kept them like they were earlier. Thanks, Hans Axel!

Hello All!

I'm new and just wanted to introduce myself. It's not necessary to say that I love Marie Antoinette. I'm a German and French major, so I love this girl from both sides German & French! Interested in her life, feel badly for her as a victim of bad press, and poor decision making.

About me: I'm an actress, artist, dancer, somewhat geek, working in the financial world. Bonjour tout le monde!

Thank you and/et merci beaucoup!

I'm still just lurking around a lot...feeling my way. This place has a lot of nooks and crannies and tunnels to explore...like Versailles!

I am also new here, sorry if my English is bad  .I got interrested in Marie Antoinette life when I read book by Keroli Erikson.I am going to study history so I am glad that I can find here usefull information about 18 century and Marie Antoinette.I have wrote an essey (that I need for school) about French revolution and I showed suffer of royal family. In my history book they only mantioned good sides of French revolution.I had visited Paris once, Versailles, I like 18 century fashion and art. :P 8)
