The first looks like it could be the Fête de la Fédération (Bastille Day)? Antoinette does not look pleased.

These engravings were unknown for me, thanks for sharing them! Really interesting! German text does not mean very much to me... I have learned German for a while but it's not enough for translating...
Yeah I think it must be Bastille Day's anniversary. So interesting.

Indeed I confirm Delicate Fleur's idea that this was the Fête de la Fédération (14th July 1790), because MA has the Dauphin in her arms, and Louis XVI is swearing allegiance to the Nation.

This is further confirmed by the German text: "Das Grosse Fest auf dem Marsfelde", which means the big celebration on the Champ de Mars.

Yes, it is beautiful! I especially like the queen’s face, she looks gorgeous. There is something so gentle and spiritual in that expression.

Yes, I also find it very beautiful! I agree with Marja about this being a splendid portait of the queen, who has something angel-like in her face.
About the first pictures posted, the reproductions were small so it was a bit difficult to see the writings, but, judiging form the title and the little I could read, it was indeed about the Fete de la Federation in July 1790.
