Yes, the jewelry cabinet is to the right and can be seen in "wide screen" versions of the above portrait.

How can you tell that's jewlery's inside shouldnt some jewelry be shown or in the the kids hand or something :?:

It is known that that piece of furniture is her jewel cabinet.There is a miniature replica of it at the Walters Art Gallery in Baltimore, Maryland, which I have seen. It is the same.

My favourite Vigée Le Brun painting (which the painter was frustrated with apparently) is of the two Russian princesses Elena and Alexandra Pavlovna. Otherwise I love the one where she is hugging her daughter Julie which is in the Louvre. A good site I found for VLB is http://www.batguano.com
