There is a new novel coming out this week called "Mistress of the Revolution" by Catherine Delors. Marie-Antoinette is a character in the novel. Just from looking at the author's website, it looks very like Madame Delors has done extensive research, in order to come to an accurate portrayal of Marie-Antoinette and some of the other historical people. Her sources include Simone Bertiere and Chantal Thomas, which says a great deal for the high caliber of her research. I look forward to reading it.

I can't remember but Madame Delors probably mentions it on her site.
