Hi, it`s me again
I was just wondering If anyone would like to make a list of the people in MA`s life (I`m not thinking of everyone, but the most important ones). It would be great for someone like me who is really confused with all these french names and titles. It would be very helpful.
List of names, who they were to MA, and mabye a picture if it exsists?

I understand if it`s to diffecult, I would not like to pressure you or anything.

And does a MA timeline exsist?

That's probably too tedious for most of us to do. One thing to keep in mind about names and titles of royalty is that the title doesn't change, but the person does. There are many Dauphins, for instance, because that title always belongs to the son of the king expected to succeed the king. The Duc de Bourgogne or any other title is the same. When one dies, another one inherits the title. So it's a good idea to keep in mind a person's given and surname when reading so you know which one is being discussed.

I know of one "timeline" on the internet, though it is not about the people in her life, but about Antoinette. You might have seen it already, but since you asked for a Marie Antoinette timeline I came to think of it: http://www.pbs.org/marieantoinette/timeline/index.html.

Dear YvonneTheres, that's a great idea but it needs big circumspection... I think it would be a nice challenge to a historian but not for us... Many conflicting memoires and reminiscences make hard compiling such a list.
Then again, all we would do it in case we had so much time and we read constantly all of memoires and biographies about her and collated them.
