Just wanted to quote an extract from Brain Chaninov's "History Of Russia" which reminded me of an old unresolved quarrel with the above typical Ludy like bold afirmation!

Il semble que ce soit surtout en Angleterre que le jeune Tzar acquit ses connaissances de la construction navale....
