 Furniture of the Gods
I recently read a book about Versailles and was captivated by a furniture set of du Barry (gasp) called the Furniture of the Gods. If anyone has any information about that set it would be much appreciated. It was made by a man whos name begins with an F, i forget it but if i saw it id remember. Oh, and it was in du Barry's (or really the kings) Privet Apartment.
thank you.

thank you. I've heard of it, and it was sold amongst the rest of the furniture at the auctions, or possibly had been looted.
