As it seems was our dear MA, as she asked Fersen to turn up at Trianon in his full Swedish uniform!!

Back to the subject, yes indeed. As far as I know, it was a very original uniform, designed by Gustave III himself : a tad yellowish and somewhat flashy.

Yes gustave probably had quite outrageous tastes and no doubt enjoyed dressing up his soldiers... :wink:
