Bonjour Mesdames et Messieurs!!
Forgive me for starting so many new topics but I do not know if anyone has seen these pictures. My apologies if they have already been viewed  Here are the links: ... otostream/

For the first time in ages, the sun has finally come out in Britain and I just googled ''Marie Antoinette Cake''. Some pictures came up which were made from a place called ''The Highland Bakery''. The cake looks much too lovely to ever be eaten though :D

Interesting! For some reason La Pompadour comes more to mind, but it is a cute concept!

I cannot help searching for cakes! I am going to start a blog soon which focuses on all things Marie Antoinette but quite a bit more on food so for ''research'',I found this cake. It is called ''L'Entremet Marie Antoinette'' and produced by Laduree

Mhmm...They both look very delicious! But at the same time, they're almost too pretty to eat!

Mon Dieu!
The things one may do with fondant and buttercream. :)
I have been planning a cake which features a Marie Antoinette in the form of rice crispy and fondant, with pink cotton candy hair with little flowers, and gorgeous edible pastel makeup. The cake was going to be strawberry-champagne! I hope mine will come out as lovely as this one.
