Post Re: Amazing Hair
Before I was always for the simple things but some time ago (when I started to like M.A.), I have noticed how I started to enjoy very much in the extravagant fashion. I couldn’t find any original pictures from the catalogues from the 18th century so I am very disappointed. In the video that Delicate fleur had posted (about the exhibition) I sow some examples of the trendy hair styles from the 18th century but that’s not enough for me. :(
So far I am dreaming of making my hair to be huge for my wedding and I am admiring Amy Winehouse for her hair style.

You should wear a "belle poule" to your wedding dear Marija! Wouldn't that be interesting?

Anyway, I love the hairstyles of the 18th century! If only they were simple to put together....

All you need is to be able to backbrush, a good curling iron, hair pins and powder. I'm in cosmetology school and one of the things I'm studying is updo's and wig making. I'm creating a "pouf" in school right now as a project. Once I finish I'll post some pictures and make a step-by-step quide to it.

I would love to wear a belle poule. For a dance-y thing I did wear a pile of high hair and I pulled a pink ribbon to the side.

I like Marie Antoinette's poule. Because it is so sleek.

Do you know where these pictures are from? Is the wall painted with hairstyles in order for a lady to choose? I have seen these pictures in the video that Delicate fleur had posted about the M.A. exhibition but I don’t know nothing about them. Help! :o
