To whom it may concern:
Hi, my name is Brad and I am doing some research on the History of The French Revolution: Concentrating my efforts on the Late 1700's in theSalon-de-Provence Area during that time period. It has come to my attention just recently druing my research that sometime in 1770 Marie Antoinette stopped in the Town of Nancy and visited the Cordeliers' Church.
The text below was what I found on the internet:

"In 1770 Marie-Antoinette stopped in Nancy in 1770 on her way to marry Louis XVI. She visited the chapel to pray on the tombs of her Hapsburg-Lorraine ancestors"

It is interesting to find out that she had ancestors that were buried here and even more so to find out who else was buried there at that time.
I was hoping to find out some more detailed information on this event and if you could tell me who her reletives were that she was visiting (ancestors).
Any and all info. would be much appreciated.

Thank you,
Brad
