I do not think!! :D
The creation of theses perfumes is very long and tiresome! So difficult that there was delay with manufacture!
To mix the ingredients is insufficient unfortunately, and the associated methodology is complex! :D

 yes,i am sure it wouldn't be exactly the same~perfumery is an art form! but i have been reading about what scents marie antoinette liked in the book "a scented palace" and i thought essential oils of what notes were mentioned could somewhat give an aura of what she might have worn!!! :D

First post.

The frangrance looks interesting. For my income, the price is too hefty. But it is a unique way to remember Marie Antoinette.

Indeed... Her parfume really smells of jasmine... Each time I smell jasmine, I remember this day I received a magical drop of Antoinette's perfume.

The queen also loved rose, lavanda, iris, violette, vanilla, lemon, orange water, musk, amber... and this so rare scent of tuberose.

Jasmine and tuberose, I think, give a strong fragrance to Marie Antoinette's perfume, very strange for our tastes. But XVIIIth century was a century full of smells...

Taste jasmine, Coccinelle, it's the scent that reminds me the most of Marie Antoinette's perfume...

I received now the famous perfume! :D

I acknowledge that the package is splendid! A beautiful box with the figure of Marie-Antoinette. The bottle is very charming too, always with the chiffer : I love it!
And the perfume... Ah... what a delight... I am under the charm... it seems to be the same type that Elisabeth de Feydeau had shown us Pim...a wonder of power and scents! :D

Thank you Vivienne!

I enjoy, I enjoy! :D

It was very expensive (I'm trying to forget the price  ), but the manufacturer has really tried to obtain an effective result : for the perfum (it's normal  ), but for the packaging too! The bottle is really nice!

And there was a picture of Marie-Antoinette in bonus! :D

Wonderful, Louis-Charles! What a treasure you have!

Enjoy: a drop from this special scent, good late 18th century music from CD playing (if possible Grétry, Gluck, sacchini, Salieri, Mozart, Piccinni, Rousseau, Dussek etc.etc.),then a little supper in style with special refreshments afterwards with orange water, all with scented gloves, wig, costume, special portraits, beautiful bouquets in the room of roses, jasmine....what else? Like in Dream Heaven...!! Imagine yourself une soirée avec La Reine!
Happy New Year, dear friends! :D
