Well, there are a lot of sources for Marie Antoinette's life and I think that her life is pretty well documented so the "who knows" conclusion wouldn't satisfy me, especially as I think that it is very unlikely. Still, in order for one to find out more about the topic, smoking in the 18th century (or Marie Antoinette), it is easy to do a bit of research on internet or to try to find it in some books. So if our new members feel a bit motivated, we can maybe have a better discussion...
