Post the french language...and fingernails.
being the very challegened person i am at learning a foreign language (lol)... i was wondering if any of you could give me any tips on french grammer. such as accent marks, when to put emphasis on certain parts of words...stuff like that.

any help is great!

and another thing...do the french tips you put on your fingernails have anything to do the french at all?

Bonjour, and welcome to this lovely site.
I found this website you can type French accents with: http://french.typeit.org/. Accents help with how one pronounces the word, for instance the name "Hélène" (eh-len) is not pronounced like "Hel-en" instead its pronounced as "eh-len" because the "h" is silent. The accent marks reveal that instead of saying "e" the first e which is an accent aigu the "e" with an accent aigu is pronounced as "eh". I hope this helps and wasn't too confusing. Here's a link explaining all the accents, hopefully this site will explain better than I can.:)

As for the fingernails I highly doubt they are French, just like French fries which are really Belgian. The invention of the fry is Belgian and the cut of the potato is French. I'm afraid I am the wrong person to ask.

the french tip deal, im afraid does not seem to have sprouted with the french in anyway, my mother says,
"its just another way to make money off a name. Then again, if you put ""french"" in front of anything, its automatically the most marvelous thing in the world."

:D

Or if you add English, such as "English muffins" they're not even English! One market ploy I'm willing to fall for is for miniature pigs! :D

I am fond of muffin tops, not on young women and women in general. C'est trop horrible!
