Well for me this question has been a bit of a problem this year in my studies as I am very compassionate toward Antoinette - which I found did not serve well (to the lectures) in my political studies in democracy.

My final paper was on the revolution and how it helped shape democracy, and I had to try elimanate my bias toward her, but I think I did an okay job in stating it was not her fault (as I know many other students were blaming her) by stating such things that Rousseau was the founder of 'let them eat cake' in 'Confessions', and of course that the revolution brought about the horrific reign of terror in which human rights were abolished.

I haven't got my final assignment back yet but I am hoping I will pass as I my MA obssession I think did creep into it but backed up with resources I hope will be reliable enough

Wow, good luck to you, Jasmine, I'm sure it will be successful, because you approximate this subject other way... It must pique curiosity.
I see some of you have to write on revolution and democracy and I am just waiting for the time all semester long when can I do it as well...For us, practices and lectures as economy, right or statistcs have to be more important then european history... we have to write only about what happened to loan rates at the time hurricane Gustave reached US coast and so on... je déteste qu'il faut attendre :box:
