Imagine there would be the possibility of time travel and you are able to meet the real Marie Antoinette...

What would you say? What would you ask her? What would be your advice for her?

I'd visit her in 1793 in the Conciergerie and I would try to cheer her up! I'd report her about her children...

Oh, that ist very interresting, anouk. I must admit, it never came into my mind to visit her in the conciergerie. I guess I would feel helpless.

I thought of visiting her just shortly after her becoming queen. I would give her a biographie of herself. Well I know that she didn't really like reading. But maybe she would be curious, to read a book with her name on it - her own biographie.

And definitly I would love to see how Marie Antoinette walks (with my own eyes), how she moves, how she talks (her voice and her accent). :queen:

I completely understand you, Reine! Books and memoires about her walk... it can be so exciting and melting to see how she walks :P I agree!

yes that is true

but there would be just one problem. She, as the queen of France would not alow me, a totally stranger, to talk to her.

But maybe in her eyes the way I look, my clothes, my hairstyle would be kind of funny for her, so she might be curious after all.

I'm sure about it! She was very curious indeed :)
And what if we visited her in 18th century-style dresses? In this case, everything would depends on our manner and humor- we have to be gentle, enchanting and she'd love us:-->>>. It's only because she was a tender, charitable and bona fide lady and she allowed most of enquirer people to approach her. Didn't she?
