I bought that book for my birthday this year..its really amazing and I love it so much. I just started it and so far its very well written. It feels as if Marie Antoinette comes to life right before your eyes.

I haven't read this book yet. However, so far, it seems it may not be very historically accurate...

It makes Marie-Antoinette very superficial. I did not care for the portrayal of her.

That was a very respectful review, even though she had some qualms about the book it almost seems like she enjoyed it more than we did.

So sorry, I don't get that impression at all.

As far as novels about Marie-Antoinette go, it is definitely better than some.

I can't remember...what was the song that was composed for her in the book?

The piece is called C'est Mon Ami. That was written by the Queen.
