Post 18th century dresses
I love them! I want to see as much examples of the 18th century dresses as I can.
I would like to set this topic to be without any limits. You can post how many pictures you want and it would be nice to add some information but that again is up to you. :angel5:

I would like to hear your opinion, what is your 18th century dream dress, what you like about them, do you like simple gowns or extravagant…

I am starting with this one.
I like the color, so gentle and pure. I like the simplicity.

Do you know, even just for ONCE I would love to wear a dress like the one above (or even a more extravagent one!) - I just love everything about the time of Marie Antoinette!!! I'm acutally sure I was born a couple of centuries too late lol! I'm going out with my friends tonight for a few drinks and if I even mentioned Marie Antoinette they would probably all look at me like I was mad or feign interest in what I was talking about but secretly be thinking "would she just shut-up"

I know how you feel! My boyfriend is so sick of me talking about 18th century things and carrying around Marie-Antoinette books. I would love to just take a walk down the street in a gown like that... and not be looked at like I'm crazy.

Yes, they are rather simple.
