I visited the new field of my "Domaine de Marie-Antoinette" in July, and I also confirm that it is splendid!! :D
I particularly liked the Marie-Antoinette's theater, very pretty, and so much rich in history!
The cave is smaller than I thought, but we are there so much well, with this calms!
The advantage of this "domaine" is that we can now freely walk in all the garden of Trianon, and completely benefit from this magic place!

I visited Versailles 2 times, I find it a marvoulus palace, I was with friends who knows nothing about Marie Antoinette, And I was pointing the whole way like: Look, she was standing on that balcony when the people stormed the palace, and look there is the hidden door where she could flee.
In my first visit I saw Petit Trianon en her little Hamlet, I find it very beatiful. I like to try to visit it again.

When I visited Versailles two years ago, part of the grounds around Le Petit Trianon were closed for landscaping. I'm glad to read it's been completed!

The Petit Trianon sounds most wonderful... I was at the palace this summer.. but sadly they charge to get into the gardens.. and charge again to get into the petit trianon... our tour guide would not let us go :( it was very disapointing... however the gardens were most beautiful... all of the little areas used to host parties and banquets amazed me... every once in a while I would run into another area.. they are all over the place :) versaille is a truly enchanting place.

La Hameau is absolutely my favorite place in Versailles

I definately want to go, there be there again. I swear heard a lady walking among the bushes while I was walking around ... Just for few seconds, I heard something, but maybe it was just I was thinking about her too much. :D

I believe Marie Antoinette is still there, in La Hameau

Ah Versailles...
