Post The Dairy at Rambouillet
Those of you fortunate enough to visit or have visited this royal residence, please comment on your experience, your impressions. The phenomenon of having an ornamental dairy built in the gardens of properties has always appealed to me.

Oh, I have always wanted to visit her dairy! (Or any place related to Marie Antoinette! )

I have a question, however, that someone may be able to help me with. Louis XVI surprised her with this sometime in 1787, I believe, but does anyone know the exact date? I guess the reason I want to know is because I am curious whether it was before or after the death of Baby Sophie.

Of course you can Lilly ! Ludy has not been to Rambouillet herself, shame on her.

She's been to the Virgin Islands though.
